In 2019 I was excited to be on assignment in Tanzania, Africa with a touring group of extremely talented actors for Fortune and Friends. Fortune and Friends is a touring theatre production put on by the likes of actors from the famous Shakespear Company and others.
The tour involves touring the country, based in Dar Es Salaam (Capital of Tanzania) touring an anti- bullying campaign to young children from ages 5 to teenagers of about 15.
After the tour, Jamie Littlewood and Brian Chandrabose, the producers of the tour- directed a short pitch trailer to a feature film we are all hoping to one day film in Tanzania. During the trailer pitch film, we filmed with local actors we came across during the tours, even using their own businesses in two occasions. Below begginig the set are photos from the trailer we filmed mostly in Bagamoyo and Zanzibar, Tanzania.
