Alright so recently I was cinematographer on a creative studio music video for Canadian recording artist ROSES (Rose Ranger) and I wanted to share some of the behind the scenes photographs with you as well as screenshots. Everyone loves production stills am I right?!
For this shoot the basis was to create a clean angelic visual piece surrounding the idea of a Rose being plucked in a 'he loves me, he loves me not' type storyline. Within her plucking we shot some green screen and layers to provide this sort of miniature world where she becomes the rose herself. We shot the video at Stage 6 in East Vancouver, British Columbia on my Sony A7S camera in full frame mode with high end Zeiss Zf.2 prime lenses.
